This is a list of vendors who have worked events at New Park recently and we have a positive experience with. We relish the opportunity to work with anyone on this list!
That said, this is not an exclusive list. We are excited to meet new vendors that you bring us. Let us know so we can set up a site visit with the vendors.

Emoticakes- local baker focused on special occasion cakes
Mama Said Hand Pies - sweet and savory small hand-sized pies
Via's Cookies - cookie varieties, including gluten free/vegan. Donates a portion of proceeds to BiPOC and LGBTQ+ students.

Rehearsal Dinners:
Cedarwood Event Venue - located 10 mins from New Park, all-inclusive with food and beverage, full bar. Capacity up to 100 indoors and 150 indoor/outdoor
Twilight on Seneca - a barn with a view of Seneca Lake, only 20 mins from New Park. Great for larger events, with full flexibility for food caterers, with the bar still catered by Cedarwood Bar Catering

Shuttles:
Main Street Drivers - designated driving service. You provide the vehicle, they provide the driver. Perfect for if people aren't staying in the same hotel or you need to shuttle people around in smaller numbers (you could also rent a van from Enterprise)
Note: Be careful with this category - a lot of fly by night operators out there offering low prices but struggle to communicate properly with their drivers. If you found one you like that isn't on our list, ask us and we'll let you know if we've worked with them before.

We have 7 suites on-site. For the rest of your party, consider:
Mill Creek Cabins - three comfy cabins sleeping up to 10 across them, in Lodi, about 20 mins from New Park (a sister property to New Park! Same owner)
Hotel Ithaca - large hotel in downtown Ithaca, easy parking
Marriott - large hotel in downtown Ithaca
Greyhaven Motel - restored vintage motel in Ithaca / Newfield
Spruce Row Campground - large campground half a mile from New Park
Halsey House - local bed and breakfast in Trumansburg
Inn at Gothic Eves - local bed and breakfast in Trumansburg with 8 suites
Glass Magnolia - local bed and breakfast in Interlaken with 11 suites

Insurance:
We have no affiliation with any of these, but want to point you in the right direction! You can also ask your insurance provider to add onto your homeowner's or renter's insurance. Remember there's both special event liability insurance (which we require) and wedding / cancellation insurance (which is strongly recommended).
