These Terms and Conditions will help you understand how Tiny Castle, Inc., Castle 96 LLC, Kitchen 96 LLC, and Magic Forest LLC (aka New Park; New Park Event Venue & Suites; New Park Ithaca, Cedarwood Event Venue, Cedarwood Bar Catering, Finger Lakes Mill Creek Cabins) ("us", "we", "our") uses and protects the data you provide to us when you visit and use newparkeventvenue.com or fingerlakesvenue.com or ithacacottages.com or cedarwoodeventvenue.com ("website", "service").

Tiny Castle's Terms and Conditions

1. Tiny Castle Inc. sends messages to confirm appointments, send requested information, and update those who have opted-in. Messages may include appointment reminders, information about upcoming appointments, details about a service that one has opted-in to learn more about, such as weddings or social events at our property.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number (you can reply to our messages to opt-out). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Or text "START" to sign up.

 

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at cole@nowweflourish.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
